HANDS ON HIPS - This is pretty self-explanatory. You put your hands
on your hips with the top of your hands out. Be sure not to angle
elbows behind the body.
|
DAGGERS - Arms are bent and forearms are directly in front of biceps.
They should be in front of you, not to the side.
|
HIGH V - Arms are up and hands are in fists. It is important to keep
elbows and wrists straight.
|
|
|
|
|
|
LOW V - This is similar to the High V except your arms are down. Your
hands should be in fists.
|
LEFT DIAGONAL - Your left arm looks like a High V and your right looks
like a Low V.
|
RIGHT DIAGONAL - Your right arm looks
like a High V and your left looks like a low V.
|
|
|
|
|
|
GOAL POSTS - Arms are straight up over head, close to the ears. Make sure it is a clear goal post, not a
High V.
|
LOW PUNCH - Arms are straight down in front of you. Hands should
be in fists.
|
Big T - Both arms are straight out, so you can see them from the corner
of your eyes. Be sure to keep arms at level height.
|

|
Little T - Your arms are bent in a straight line in front of your
chest.
|
LEFT K - You put your left arm up like a High V and your right arm
punches low acrosss your body.
|
RIGHT K- You put your right arm up like a High V and your left arm
punches low across your body.
|
|
|
|
|
|
White L - Arms form a L shape. The white pom is up in a Goal
post and the blue is out in a T.
|
Blue L - Arms form a L shape. The blue pom is up in a Goal
post and the white is out in a Big T.
|
RIGHT PUNCH - Left arm is on hip and the right straight up in a goal
post.

|
BOW AND ARROW - One arm is out like a Big T
and the others bent in a Little T.
|
LUNGE - Arms are in a High V and you should see your
elbows out of the cornor of your eyes. The back foot should face
the crowd and the front leg should create a 90 degree angle with
the back foot.
