1. From Ready stance, Right foot steps back, the left arm does outside block.

2. Walk forward outside block.

3. Step to the left with your rear leg (left leg) and inside block.

4. Walk forward inside block.

5. Step to the left with your rear leg (left leg) and high block.

6. Walk forward High Block.

 7. Step to the left with your rear leg (left leg) and low block.

8. Walk forward low block.

9. Return to ready stance.
